On April 18, 2018 the price of ZBrush will be increasing to $895 USD. (Academic pricing will also increase — please consult with your academic reseller for specifics.) This change in price will also affect the costs of upgrading from ZBrushCore to ZBrush, as well as upgrading an academic license to a commercial license.

Is ZBrushCore worth the price?
Hi,
So as the title states, is it worth the price of 150 USD? I don't have enough money to afford the full version of ZBrush yet, but are the capabilities of this version far superior than Sculptris? Or should I stick with Sculptris instead?
I also heard that the decimation master tool (which I need!) cannot be downloaded for Core, is there any way around this? I want to build highly detailed models whilst having a low poly count! Lastly, can I import alphas/ textures and custom brushes made from other users using ZBrushCore into the software?
Thanks!
